Created by

Azul Vivo was created by Saël Simard, a Montreal-based interactive system architect, filmmaker and advanced diver working across immersive media, spatial storytelling and exhibition technology.

The work

The project brings together underwater field production, 360° cinematography, sound, interactive development and institutional experience design for VR and fulldome presentation. The first chapter was filmed with local guides in San Andrés and Providencia.

Development

The complete project is being developed as both a cinematic work and a practical platform for public presentation—across institutional VR, fulldome theatres and educational access.

Production credits

Presence was filmed with the support of local dive operators in the Seaflower region. Their knowledge of the water, conditions and community made the production possible.
