This policy describes how Azul Vivo (“we”) collects and uses personal information on this website and in institutional outreach. It is intended to meet transparency expectations under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and similar Canadian privacy rules.

Information you provide: when you submit a form (preview, education, sponsorship, contact, etc.), we collect the fields you enter (such as name, email, organization, role, message, and related programme details) so we can respond and manage the relationship.

Technical and analytics information: with your consent, we use optional first-party analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location derived from network edge data, device/browser language, referrer, and campaign parameters). Analytics cookies and similar technologies are not used for measurement until you accept. You can refuse analytics; essential operation of the site and form processing still work.

Location: we do not use your device GPS. When available, we may store an approximate city/region/country (and coarse coordinates) from the hosting network to show visit and lead geography in our admin tools.

Purposes: respond to inquiries; operate and secure the website; measure audience and improve content (with consent); send transactional follow-ups you request; and, where configured, notify our team or automation tools (for example a lead webhook) so requests are not missed.

Sharing: service providers that host the site, email, analytics, and storage may process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. Lead webhooks you enable send form metadata to the destination you configure (for example Zapier or HubSpot).

Retention: inquiries and related records are kept as long as needed for the project relationship and legitimate archives, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics events may be aggregated or deleted on a rolling basis.

Your rights (Québec / Canada): you may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw analytics consent, and ask questions about our practices. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you have an unresolved concern.

Children: this site is aimed at institutions and professionals; it is not directed at children.

Changes: we may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
